the last oneCMU was bad yesterday as usual especially since it was straight down to work immediately after the spinner's challenge which i had to attend.
but, on the other hand, there was something to learn.
I dont understand how i allowed myself to make that mistake.
How could i possibly not notice the changes? Despite it being so obvious.
I could blame it on how bloody busy i was, i could blame it on my inexperience, i could blame it on my clinical incompetence.
But i dont know why did'nt it sink through that something was amiss.
And i downright know i can do better than THIS.
Anyway,
Will be spending my halloween night working in CCU today,
as my mum puts it: be careful, its halloween.
I hope my diarrhea does'nt get the better of me in the evening till tomorrow morning.
