i know its been've donkey monkey years since i've been here.
well bout 2 weeks i guess.
But guess what people !
PRCP is fcuking overrrr!! *woots!
And now that i see all our juniors in their uniforms roaming around singapore,either back from work or on the way to work..I cant help but smile and laugh
silentlyhysterically to myself. mmmahhhhaaaahaaaaaa. *points fingers at u all!
haha. i'm so sorry people. i cant help it. Its like a major achievement. After 3 years of attachments, getting bullied at times, studying, memorizing medical terms, diseases, drugs and their effects, nursing skills, theories after theories, undergoing horrendous skill assessments accompanied by invigilators from hell(4 freaking times to be exact). I mean come on man, i dont wish to complain, but frankly i think no diploma course is as mentally, emotionally and physically draining as nursing. So, i have every damn right to be on cloud 9 and to be sorta seiving happiness from other people's sadness, at least i know i've been there done that kinda thing.

Okay so hate me. But trust me, when ur in my shoes, u'll feel it. Its a sense of bare freedom. But also accompanied by a whole weight of responsibilities of being a Staff Nurse. But as far as i know, as much as i miss school(AT TIMES), i'm extremely glad my student days are OVER.
Work at NUH officially starts on 5th May. I sure hope they dont change the uniforms soon..i really love their current ones! :( baahhhhh.
Oh well, so the holidays, am not very sure what i'd be doing besides working at Fish&Co. But will be going to phuket with nesh in April..back to saab's kampong in pontian in about 2 weeks time, we're gonna set up tents and build a campfire! haha. Lol. And then most likely a mini getaway with the BOBs to some nearby resort like Bintan or something. I'm still undecided if i should go bungee jumping in phuket. Something i've wanted to do before i die. It'll be really cool if i could do it. Just need to find the guts to do so. Hah.
I've painted my nails, something which i can only do for the next 2.5 months before work start..Prom night is next thursday, still have'nt hunted for my accessories..booked the hotel room and of course, gotten any liquour for the post prom drink all u can session. (:
I shall head down to little india next week, get a bottle of mahh favourite bourbon, if necessary, go for threading. And then its Buffet dinner at Sakura with the ward staff next weds.
And yes, i've been spending ALOT, this month which reminds me, there goes another 100 bucks ++ on my hair later, am gonna get it dyed/highlighted..I think i'm seriously gonna go broke this month. Oh yes, plus..i need to book for flights. SilkAir's having some promotions for flights to Phuket which actually IS cheaper than Tiger/jetstar! Like wth. Oh well. But i really still wanna go to bangkok to shop but i figured i'll go sometime with the girlfriends since nesh wanted to go somewhere we've never been before.
And the reason why i'm up this early is because i cant sleep..i think i've just gotten UTI(Urinary Tract Infection). urggh, the radiating pain is what makes things so uncomfortable and of course the urinary frequency. Consider having to go to the toilet 5 times in an hour !! . But 3/5 women get UTI at least one point in their life..this happens to be my second time.
In medical terms, we call it Recurrent UTI. I would'nt be surprised if i already have pyelonephritis(inflammation of the filtering part of your kidneys) or some Renal(kidney) disorder. Okay, *touch wood touch wood touch wood*.
Shall try to get some sleep laterr, and i'll post up pics of my new hairdo once i get it done. (:
