good morrnin !
its like freakin 10am in the morning and i'm up so soon?
whyyy!!
coz, of my darn flu..
thanks to aishah and hui zhi for passing the flu to me,
wah lao, i feel terrible. and its chinese new year !
thank god i'm only going visiting next week.
yes people, i celebrate chinese new year

my greatgrandmother, is PERANAKAN !
that makes her half chinese
her name is NELLIE CLARE CHEW BEE THAM..
yes, i got my name from her.
how interesting..
so her surname is already CHINESE.
and so, she married a Eurasian, that makes her children,
which is my grandma, Eurasians right?
but with half chinese blood !!
and my grandma married another Eurasian
so my dad, is a Eurasian, and i'm one too, like DUH.
SO, why do i celebrate CNY?
because i have 50% Chinese Blood,
and everything we all do and believe in, well, is very chinese,
and 95% of my relatives, are married to CHINESE..
so that's why me, clarenelliedesilva, celebrates CNY
that's why i take Mandarin..

having a steamboat with just my family today, how pathetic, coz my sister went to M'sia with her husband, my elder brother, is probably visiting his girlfriend's parents and its left with me, cleo, mum and dad. TERRIBLY PATHETIC!!!
with my flu.. it makes everything worsT!!
but hey, there's HONGBAOs rightt??

and since my sister is married too,
i can expect one from her !
